Montana had always been on my list of places to visit and when my good friend Kali moved out there, I knew I’d have my chance. It wasn’t a long trip, just a little bit more than a long weekend. But with a trip to Yellowstone National Park, Chico and Norris Hot Springs, and camping along the Madison River, it was a great adventure. I really liked Bozeman a lot and the surrounding area is quite stunning. Things are a bit spread out so there is a lot of driving through various passes and highways to get to the next town. But being on the road and being out in the open, you truly understand why they call Montana “Big Sky Country”. I’ll definitely go back there sometime, but with Kali now in Idaho, that’ll be my next journey to the west! Here are just a handful of my favorite photos, there are so many more, it was hard to choose!
